sheriff smack - a corrupt sheriff part of the PIRANHA PIKE BOYZ...thats a concept gang name...
so anyway, this is a concept for a character for a possible flash between me and  for a cartoon about a alien/monster biker gang set in a sci-fi/samurai jack/mad max sorta world, ENJOY.this is just a concept for sheriff smack, I might change his design.
